Dazzolite Return Policy

At Dazzolite, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions

1. 14-Day Window: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condition of Item: Items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please include your original invoice or proof of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at our customer service email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) and include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping: Return the package using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review the condition of the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
