Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. If a covered issue arises, our expert jewelers will inspect your piece and repair or replace it at no additional cost.
What Our Warranty Covers
Our warranty includes manufacturing-related defects such as:
- Loose prongs caused by manufacturing defects
- Defective clasps or closures
- Faulty solder joints
- Structural defects in the setting or band
- Manufacturing issues affecting the security of your diamond or gemstone
Every warranty claim is carefully evaluated by our quality control team before repair or replacement.
What Isn’t Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from everyday wear or accidental incidents, including:
- Scratches, dents, or worn finishes
- Bent rings caused by impact
- Lost diamonds or gemstones due to accidental damage
- Broken chains from excessive force
- Damage caused by improper care or misuse
- Theft or loss
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations performed by another jeweler
- Normal wear and tear over time

Professional Cleaning

Prong & Setting Inspection
We’ll inspect your settings to ensure your diamond or gemstone remains secure.
Ring Tightening
Minor tightening of loose settings when required.
Jewelry Inspection
Our experts will examine your jewelry for signs of wear before they become larger issues.
Ring Resizing
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 90 days of delivery for eligible engagement rings and wedding bands.
Custom-made eternity bands, engraved rings, and certain specialty designs may have resizing limitations.
Rhodium Replating
White gold jewelry naturally requires periodic rhodium replating to maintain its bright white finish.
This service is available for an additional fee unless otherwise included with your purchase.
Stone Replacement
If a diamond or gemstone becomes loose due to a verified manufacturing defect, Dazzolite will repair or replace the stone under warranty.
Stones lost because of accidental damage, impact, neglect, or failure to have regular inspections are not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing issue:
- Contact our customer care team.
- Provide your order number and photos of the jewelry.
- Our specialists will review your claim.
- If necessary, we’ll arrange for the jewelry to be returned for inspection.
- Once approved, we’ll repair or replace the item and return it to you.
Jewelry Care Recommendations
To help preserve your jewelry:
- Remove jewelry before exercising or heavy lifting.
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, chlorine, and cleaning products.
- Store each piece separately in a soft jewelry pouch or box.
- Clean regularly using warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush.
- Have your jewelry professionally inspected every 6–12 months.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Dazzolite reserves the right to determine whether damage is due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear. Repairs or replacements performed under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
